Some items may be oversize for Royal Mail to deliver. If this happens we will use a suitable courier to deliver your order. You will still receive text/email updates for the order and may require a signature/photo.
Please Note for all deliveries: Royal Mail require customers to sign for deliveries on a digital screen or a photo at the point of delivery. There are no COVID-19 restrictions in place to accomodate an alternative. If you require any special delivery requirements please add a delivery note to your order at checkout and this will be added to the delivery instructions. i.e. Your safeplace, gate code etc. The recipient’s name, signature, confirmation of delivery, gps map of delivery and photograph of the delivery can be viewed at royalmail.com/track-your-item using the tracking number provided with your order/dispatch emails.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days of confirmed delivery for a full refund, including the cost of delivery to you. Please note that GC Abrasives may apply a 15% restocking charge if items are not returned in the condition they were dispached. Please let us know at the earliest opportunity by contacting us via email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods back to us. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out reasonable postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example: if goods are faulty.
Any goods returned should be in a saleable condition, unused, seals intact (where applicable) and in original packaging.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply for future orders.
None of these terms affects your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
