Our quality delivery service starts from only £2.99 on orders to UK destinations.
Order before 2pm and we will aim to despatch your order the same day, Monday to Friday.
Our primary Courier is Royal Mail.
**NEW** features of Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express Delivery) items include: Saturday & Sunday deliveries in most areas. Some deliveries may require a physical signature or a photo image at the point of delivery with an accurate GPS map location. If a valid mobile phone number/ email address is entered at checkout, delivery updates will be sent to these.
For urgent orders, we recommend using at least the Express delivery service.

Due to certain situations, i.e. postal strikes, pandemics etc. these may take additional time to deliver. Some items may be oversize for Royal Mail to deliver. If this happens we will use a suitable courier to deliver your order. You will still receive text/email updates for the order and may require a signature/photo.
Please Note for all deliveries: Royal Mail require customers to sign for deliveries on a digital screen or a photo at the point of delivery. There are no COVID-19 restrictions in place to accomodate an alternative. If you require any special delivery requirements please add a delivery note to your order at checkout and this will be added to the delivery instructions. i.e. Your safeplace, gate code etc. The recipient’s name, signature, confirmation of delivery, gps map of delivery and photograph of the delivery can be viewed at royalmail.com/track-your-item using the tracking number provided with your order/dispatch emails.
Same-Day Local Delivery Services
For Orders Placed before 3pm Monday to Friday
DL1 & DL3 Postcodes – Same-Day FREE Deivery
Order before 4pm and one of our team will hand deliver your order to the Delivery address provided at checkout. We aim to deliver within 1 hour of ordering, however during busy periods delivery may be made up to 7pm.
DL2 & DL5 Postcodes – £2.99 Same-Day Delivery
Order before 4pm and one of our team will hand deliver your order to the Delivery address provided at checkout. We aim to deliver by 7pm.
For all Local Orders we can only deliver directly to the delivery address. Someone will need to be present to take delivery. If this is not possible, please add a note to your order during Checkout and we can accomodate a more suitable time. (i.e. if you are a business and it is close to your closing time, we can deliver the following morning when you are open.) Saturday morning delivery is available in this instance.
EU, Europe & International Destinations
***Prices for shipping internationally continue to fluctuate. The below quoted shipping prices are a flat fee to cover shipping to all areas, worldwide. Before placing your order, please contact us with your requirements and destination country. We will be able to offer you a more accurate shipping quote and in most cases, reduce the cost of shipping.***

All International Orders are Tracked/Signed.
Shipping to all International destinations starts from £16.95
All orders will be calculated on a weight based system per item and will accumulate in the basket.
Current Prices for international shipping are based on the flat fee of £16.95 for the first weight portion of 200grams. Shipping prices increments are £2.00 per 200grams.
**The basket total shown EXCLUDES any customs and VAT for your purchase. These may be payable by you before delivery is made. We do not collect or pay any part of these charges on your behalf. For more information it is advisable to check your local customs thresholds for import charges before purchasing from our website.**
Please note:
We do not deliver to BFPO addresses or PO Boxes as all orders are tracked and may require a signature.
We are unable to ship to or take any orders for the following destinations: Afghanistan, Belarus, Iran, Libya, Nauru, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen.
Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days of confirmed delivery for a full refund, including the cost of delivery to you. Please note that GC Abrasives may apply a 15% restocking charge if items are not returned in the condition they were dispached. Please let us know at the earliest opportunity by contacting us via email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods back to us. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out reasonable postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example: if goods are faulty.
Any goods returned should be in a saleable condition, unused, seals intact (where applicable) and in original packaging.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply for future orders.
None of these terms affects your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
