Micro Mesh MXD Cloth-backed, ultra flexible diamond sheets for finishing critical surfaces.

Micro Mesh MXD ia a Diamond Crystal Abrasive. Abrasive colours of this product range from greenish gold to gold. This material is made to be used wet or dry and is made with flexible cotton backing with polymer emulsion cushioning layer and large micron graded DIAMOND crystals suspended in an ultra flexible resin bond.

High performance, long lasting diamond abrasive that provides lower RAs while removing 30-70% less surface stock than conventional abrasives.

Micro-Mesh MXD cushioned abrasives are made in such a manner that the diamonds are held in a resilient latex matrix on a flexible cloth backing, which will allow the diamonds to recede when subjected to contact pressure. These features combine to provide exceptionally uniform finishes. What is unique about cushioned abrasives is that they do not give any random deep scratches. Instead, they produce an extremely uniform scratch pattern over the entire work surface. The diamonds continue to cut effectively until they eventually become dull and lose their cutting edge
