Double-sided Micro-Mesh MX Buffer with Ultra-Flex Micro Mesh MX abrasive on both sides of each file. Abrasive is laminated with 1/32” foam and has a sturdy .060 styrene core.

Above all, the Ultra-flex properties allows it to conform to shapes conventional products cannot, giving you additional finishing options. Ultra-Flex technology reduces crystal fracturing making it a long-lasting high quality abrasive like no other on today’s market. It also reduces heat generation that can wear out the abrasive crystals and cause orange peel, pitting or other surface imperfections in the part being polished.

Files are available in 3 sizes:

• 1/2” x 5 3/4”
• 5/8” x 5 3/4”
• 11/16” x 7”

Use Micro-Mesh MX Buffer to de-burr, smooth and polish small metal areas.

Each Handi-File comes with a different grade on each side and each type goes from coarse to very smooth.

To create a polished surface, start with the Coarse, move on to Medium and then finally on to with Final Finish. Perfect for deburring.
