Description

For best results, we recommend using the extra soft Micro Mesh Backing pad. The thick foam padding of the Micro Mesh Backing pad allows you to better sand and polish concave and convex surfaces. The back-up pads come with hook facing so that you can attach MICRO-MESH loop back discs. Using this hook and loop attachment system provides the best value to the user. It will also prolong the life of the discs used.

Attach a MICRO-MESH disc, polish, remove the disc, wash, dry and store for future use.

Please choose the back-up pad that will correspond to the size and type of tool you will be using it with. If you are using Micro-Mesh Polishing discs please check that the speed of you power tool operates between 8000 – 12000rpm. 3000 – 5000 can be successful for paint  and gel coats, however testing out the speed to check the finish is recommended before polishing the piece required.
