Micro-Mesh 8000 Regular Polishing Cloth Sheets are an Ultra-Flex Abrasive Polishing Cloth. All sheets are custom cut to specific lengths to suit many needs.

Ultra-Flex cushioned abrasive on cloth backing. Logo and grit printed on cloth side. Non-hazardous. Made in the USA. Complete part geometry and coarse sanding to 400 wet/dry sandpaper prior to beginning the Micro-Mesh series, beginning with 1500 Micro-Mesh. Greatly reduces or eliminates buffing.

Micro-Mesh 8000 Regular Polishing Cloth Sheets

Made with large uniformed crystals that recede into the Ultra-Flex matrix as pressure is applied. This allows the crystal tips to all line up so they are level with the part being polished. This technology provides a more brilliant, consistent finish.

Ultra-Flex technology reduces crystal fracturing making it a long-lasting high quality abrasive like no other on today’s market. It also reduces heat generation that can wear out the abrasive crystals and cause orange peel, pitting or other surface imperfections in the part being polished.
